Welcome to the Organ Cell Simulation!

Concept: Explore a dynamic 3D model of organ tissue. Observe how different cell types interact, compete for resources (Nutrients), defend against invaders (Pathogens), and strive to maintain tissue balance.

Cell Types & Environment:

• Parenchyma (Orange): Main functional cells. Consume Nutrients to survive/divide.
• Immune Cell (Blue): Mobile defenders. Patrol, consume nutrients, attack Pathogens.
• Fibroblast (Grey): Structural support cells, low activity.
• Blood Vessel (Red Dots/Areas): Nutrient source points.
• Pathogen (Purple): Mobile invaders. Consume Nutrients, damage Parenchyma, reproduce.
• Tissue Matrix: 3D space. Nutrient levels shown by faint green grid.

How to Use:

1. Toggle Controls: Use "Show/Hide Controls" button (bottom-left) for parameters.
2. Explore View: Mouse/Touch (Orbit, Pan, Zoom) in the 3D area.
3. Adjust Parameters (in Controls Panel): Sliders for Sim Speed, Nutrient Regen, Immune Response, Pathogen Virulence, Cell Lifespan, Repro Rate. Set these before starting.
4. Run Simulation: Press 'Start Sim'. Use 'Pause'/'Resume Sim', 'Reset Sim'.
5. Introduce Threat: Press 'Add Pathogen' after starting.
6. Observe: Watch cell interactions (white flashes for combat), nutrient grid changes. Monitor the Info Panel (Top Right) for stats.
